The Future of Hops Starts Here
Flake-It™ Hop Flakes are a varietal-specific dried liquid hop extract. They are alpha-acid free.
Hop Flakes are best used as a dry hop addition replacing 50% or so of a traditional pellet dry hop or boosting a beer that needs more hop character.
Hop Flakes are presently available in the following varieties:
Nectaron® Hop Flakes
Riwaka™ Hop Flakes
Hop Flakes are a clean label product, the ingredients are hop oil and gum acacia.
Roughly 100 grams of Hop Flakes replaces 11lbs of T90 hop pellets in most brewing applications.
Hop Flakes can dramatically improve beer yield when used in place of T90 pellets. Less weight. Less mess. More impact.
Hop Flakes are shelf-stable and do not require cold storage. Keep sealed and out of direct sunlight.
